Just watched the movie last night ^__^
My younger sister went to my workplace after school, then we practically proceed to the "thankfully near theater".
Though the damn traffic caught us for about an hour and got us walking off the few meters away remaining distance to the venue, fortunately, we have made it. We were joking about the silliness of our short journey before we finally arrived at the mall. Hence, we got to the ticket booth quarter to 8pm (mall closes at 11:30pm). XD
But all in all, our misadventure was quickly forgotten when we finally, finally! entered the theater.
We never imagine that the only-standing theater in our town was one of the selected location for the movie's distribution. It's unbelievable, overwhelming, unthinkable....But then, we're very happy for the opportunity, even though the screening approval on our country was delayed/pulled out many times
Our country was not one to import other Asian movies (although we're also Asian XD) but since Rurouni Kenshin entered our big-screen, I am hoping to find other more Asian films here (especially Japanese films).
I can't write movie review but I will tell this; Rurouni Kenshin is a must-watch! Overall, I love it. It was awesome, actors were great (especially Takeru Sato). The characters were almost as if they were take out from the Anime version <3
I am proud to say I have contributed for the film by watching it on the big-screen and my time and money wasn't wasted. The film was great! ^__^
